Little girls and special birthday friends.
If you’re a sweet little girl, you need special friends to help you celebrate your big birthdays, right? Luckily, a couple sweet mamas knew just exactly *who* their darling baby girls most wanted to share the day with, and they contacted me for help!
Enter Olivia, and her bestest lady friends:
Mama Jessica found the cutest outfit for Olivia’s big day, and we matched her cookies to both her clothes and her party. I thought it was the best idea, taking the ladybug from her traditional red-and-black design, to a sweet, girly pink-and-navy. I love how the collection turned out! 🙂
She had both large favors for the party guests, as well as over three dozen cookie bites on a platter for snacking during the festivities. It was fun being a small part of this bash down in Georgia, and Jessica was too sweet to work with. I hope Olivia had a wonderful time at her first party!

And another sweet girl, Hannah, was having a big day down in Texas. Her mama Gaby told me that her best friend was this lovable little guy:
Now Eeyore may not be the happiest character, but he sure puts a smile on *my* face whenever I see him, tail or no tail! I had made most of the cookies in this collection before, but Gaby asked me to match these to the dress that Hannah would be wearing (a pale blue), as well as incorporate a few special Eeyore cookies. I was happy to oblige, and I think the colors worked just as nicely!
The little ‘Hunny’ pots are so simple – made by slightly squishing a “pot-of-gold” cookie cutter that I already had. It worked so well the first time that I ran with it again. 🙂
And once again, I used the number/bumblebee design straight from Whimsy Cookie Co. She does it best, and I’m in awe of her talent! This cookie is always a fave. Thank you, Laurie! ♥
These cookies are always fun to make, and I’m thankful Gaby asked me to be a part of Hannah’s birthday as well.

Thank you, Gaby & Jessica – it was a pleasure to work with each of you! 🙂

I love the Eeyore cookies, he is my favorite character too 🙂
Both little girls are very lucky to have those cookies 🙂
Thank you, Lucy! 🙂
These are all so sweet! The birthday girls must have had smiles that stretched from Texas to Georgia and back!
What fun you must have had doing all of these.
Thank you, Paula! I sure loved making Eeyore look so happy! 🙂
